Want to know more about Affinity Five?
Affinity Five Search Group’s purpose is to create a distinction in the mortgage banking recruiting space; built on the simple and genuine notion of caring for and helping others. In the dictionary, the word “affinity” is described: A natural liking for or attraction to a person, thing, or idea. This is what their company is all about. You could say that they like people helping others and planning strategies for improvements. As they dive deeper into the meaning of the word Affinity, their message has even more pertinent meaning. In scientific terms, we define the word in the following manner: The Phylogenetic (evolutionary relatedness) relationship between two organisms or groups of organisms resulting in a resemblance plan or structure, or in the essential structural parts.
In these terms, their company will focus on the relationship between an individual/company’s goals and the gap that exists between the goal and the desired outcome. At Affinity Five, their purpose and primary function is to identify and uncover talent and to match that talent with their client partners. Last, the number five in their name is for a less than scientific reason; their owner and founder, Tony Caico has five children.
