Steven is an internal consultant at Allstate and is passionate about organizational health and what organizational health is and doing whatever they can do to help have as much of that in an organization as possible!

Stephen Chapman is a Lead Org. Effectiveness Consultant responsible for advising executive and senior leaders across Allstate to improve their team dynamics, clarify their strategy, structure, and processes, and help leaders navigate those changes with their organizations. He’s also the VP, Communications for Allstate’s Foster and Adoption Network.
Prior to Allstate, Stephen worked for Wal-Mart, where he spent four years on the Talent Architecture team and led multiple large-scale transformations through helping to develop enterprise job architecture and to develop and define organizational design service offerings. Prior to Wal-Mart, Stephen was an insurance agent, college discipleship program coordinator, and youth pastor. He holds a master’s degree in Intercultural Studies from Gateway Seminary and is an EMBA candidate at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
An adventurer and creative at heart, Stephen loves spending his free time traveling the world and finding new hobbies, which currently include running half-marathons, creating custom wood projects, roasting his own coffee, and learning Spanish. He finds himself most at home in the outdoors and trying to keep up with his six wonderful kids and wife. Caitlin and Stephen fostered 13 kids in the span of four years and adopted 3 of those kids. Stephen is based out of the North Dallas area.
