Best Get moving music!

After the Fed ease, the 10-year yield dipped to 3.99% followed by a test of the August lows of 4.20. Mortgage rates love the slow-to-ease Fed giving them moving music.

Expect the 10-year yield to dance within a range of 4.30% to 4% without disturbing the bullish trend. Regardless, look for the bulls to find its groove again and tap dance on 3.80.
