Long-term, look for the 10-year yield to stay below 5% and mortgage rates below 7.75. Imagine a sub-6% 30-year mortgage rate by yearend and the 10-yield falling below 3.50. Global political and financial uncertainty continues to pressure the Fed to keep the system liquid. This outlook is:
