Vishal Rana leads the Customer Success & User Operations teams at Snapdocs and is part of the executive leadership team. He is ultimately responsible for ensuring that customers get the most value possible from their Snapdocs investment. A large part of this is scaling the teams that directly interact with customers, working with top accounts directly, and coordinating with other leaders across the business to advocate how Snapdocs can best show up for customers.
Vishal brings 17 years of experience in financial services and leading customer teams at software companies. Prior to working at Snapdocs, he led the Customer org at Segment, a customer data technology company, and founded and led the financial services practice at Medallia, the customer experience company. His early career was working in large financial institutions in securitization and insurance. He has an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley & a degree in Finance & International Business from the Stern School at New York University. Vishal is proud to have served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve.
