06-09-2025 Will The “Chains” Bounce or Break
——————-
Yields in Chains. Yields in Chains with the doves. But, Fed wouldn’t change. No, Fed wouldn’t change its love.

The movement of interest rates remains relatively calm yet anxious. Over the last three weeks, the 10-year yield and mortgage rates have bounced five times within a 20-bps range. With more data comes more confusion and, give Bonds room to go nowhere. What link will break? The Buck, Yuan, trade, war, Musk, Oil, Trump, Gold.

Try to break the chains, but the chains only break names.

Then we have Alice Alvey of Union Home providing a regulatory & legislative update, then Allen Pollack giving us a Tech Report on the latest technology impacting our industry. Finally, we wrap up the first half of the program with Marc Helm, Senior Executive Partner @ Transformational Mortgage Solutions, talking about Loan Servicing and the “Agencies”.
