The Bond Bears reign. How can they take mortgage rates to 8%? They throw stones. They cast the five stones of the top growing states, Florida, Texas, NC, Georgia, and Tennessee, with low taxes and regulations.
Bond supply is a weighty stone. Keynesians love record debt and spending. The bears also cast the Fed policy stone. Higher for longer, the forward Fed Funds Rate projects 4.2 in January 2025.
Everybody will get stoned.
